Our rules, terms and conditions for booking and visiting The Millers Bar from July 2020 onwards. By booking you are agreeing to these in full without exception. Thank you.
- In order to visit, you must book a table online. You will need to give your card details to our secure payment system, Stripe, to do this.
- If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, or you don’t show up to your booked table, your payment card will be charged £10.
- Please pick an outside or inside table online, tables are all subject to availability.
- If you pick an outside table and the weather turns wet you can move your booking to another date or move to a table inside the pub or in the upstairs restaurant area if we have availability at that time.
- All customers have a 2 hour slot for their visit – if you are late for any reason your slot will still end at the same time to make it fair to everyone
- Children must always stay at the table unless they need to use the bathroom then must be accompanied by an adult from their table (kids’ climbing area is closed).
- Dogs must stay on the lead at all times without exception.
- Ordering food and drinks will all be done for your table via the app
- We will do all the leg work so you won’t need to leave the table – sit back and relax.
- A maximum of 6 people per table only and it is important to note that all 6 are from your/the same household or social bubble in line with the latest Government guidelines. See uk/coronavirus
- Unfortunately for the time being we ask you don’t mix with other tables on your visit to maintain social distancing for the safety of customers and staff.
- Staff have the right to refuse to serve anyone who doesn’t comply with the rules or even may be asked to leave the premises
- Please do not visit if either you or any of your group has shown symptoms of Covid-19 within the last 14 days. If in doubt, don’t visit and we’ll be delighted to see you soon after.
- We are only serving a limited menu to start with please checkout the menu on our website, but don’t worry – many of your tasty favourites will be on there.
- There is no standing at the bar, pre-booked table seating only.
- There is a one-way system in place in the pub and hand sanitation stations around the pub so please use them, especially before and after eating.
- Please state if you have any special dietary requirements when booking your table and we will do our best to meet your requirements
- Please be aware when booking your table you are agreeing for us to store your personal details on our provider’s secure online booking system – we will not give these details out to any third party apart from the UK Government/NHS Track and Trace scheme and only if requested. Government guidance also requires us to request every visiting provides their name and how to contact them as part of NHS Track and Trace, but these will be destroyed by us after 21 of completion
